Full stack engineers use their combinatory powers to bring systems together to build amazing experiences. Stripe Checkout is the easiest way for businesses to get started accepting payments around the world. The Checkout team is looking for product-focused engineers who are keen on API design, high-polish user experiences, accessibility, and frontend performance and infrastructure. Full stack engineers at Stripe push us further towards our mission of building for the internet economy by bridging the gap between backend and frontend systems to solve product and technical challenges quickly and effectively. You will work on projects that span products, technologies, systems, and processes where you will design, test, and ship great code that millions of people and businesses around the world experience. In this cross functional role, you will collaborate with experts in product, design, infrastructure, and operations to build mission critical features that power Stripe users globally.

You will:

Work with a wide range of systems, processes and technologies to own and solve product and technical problems end-to-end Craft new products and features that impact millions of people and businesses around the world Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter Provide domain expertise and insights to help build the fastest and most performant checkout flow Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as experts in product, design, infrastructure, legal, and operations
